  3. Top pressure point this week.
  4. One win to reinforce.
  5. One request for support.

Bring these inputs

  • Your top three open loops.
  • One relationship or boundary challenge.
  • One meaningful goal for the next 7 days.

Session outcome target

Leave with:
  • One regulation practice.
  • One execution commitment.
  • One communication or boundary adjustment.

After each session

Within 24 hours, do three things:
  1. Run your new practice once.
  2. Schedule your next concrete action.
  3. Record what changed in your body and focus.
